Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may occasionally take longer.

U.S. Shipping

At this time, Beautifully Ruined ships within the United States only.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

Most customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 5–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or are ready to ship at different times.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Beautifully Ruined is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest update.

If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and include your order number so we can assist you.
